Forget the content!
"Many people think that studying is about the content. That's rubbish! It's about getting deeply involved with something. And it's about exchanging ideas with others and asking questions. It's about learning how to learn. That's what my studies at SAE made clear to me. I have had to learn a lot of new things since I graduated as a web developer. The SAE lecturers and supervisors have given me the skills to do that.
I have also learned to ask for help when I have stuck myself. Whether it was from the supervisor or other students. That's probably the most important thing I took away from my SAE time: just ask. Most people are nice and share their knowledge!

My path into the games industry started here
It has always been a big dream of mine to become a game developer. I took my first steps towards realising this dream at the SAE Institute Berlin.
Thanks to the competence and patience of the lecturers and supervisors, I was able to learn the necessary skills to develop real computer games.
I really liked the large and very free practical component. In the projects, the teams had a great deal of creative freedom.

I have good memories of my time at the SAE Institute in Berlin. I did my diploma in web development / web design there.
