ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION
SAE Institute is committed to widening participation for learners who are looking to gain experience and obtain qualifications that will enable them to enter the creative media industries.
We offer learners the opportunity to access 2-year accelerated degree-level programmes of study. These reduce the overall cost of study for individual learners, making it more affordable to gain qualifications and helping our graduates get their careers started sooner. But if they prefer a more traditional learning route, we offer non-accelerated 3-year degrees at our London and Liverpool campuses, too.
Inclusive learning
We welcome all learners to SAE, with a significant number of our students returning to Higher Education after a break from education.
Diverse
Our classes are a diverse mix of learners from different ethnic backgrounds and our project-based teaching and learning approach enables our students to develop strong communication skills and inter-cultural awareness.
Global network
Students at SAE Institute can take advantage of a global network of campuses, plus regular masterclasses that provide insights and understanding of creative media industries in practice.
Antisemitism
SAE stands against all discrimination and has adopted the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance working definition of Antisemitism:
“Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.”
School and College Links
We have good links with schools and Further Education colleges, offering students the chance to continue on to Higher Education programmes that place a premium on applied and industry-linked learning.Access and Participation Plan
Our small class sizes and access to studios and resources ensure the majority of our students progress from Year 1 to Year 2. Students are supported in their final stage to become an independent learner by managing a significant creative project which often helps them secure a career in the creative industries.
