BEATSURFING
SAE students across all campuses can now utilise BEATSURFING’s extensive range of plug-ins in our studios and production rooms.
Various masterclasses and workshops with the BEATSURFING team are also to be hosted with their expert team offering insights and advice on tech, production, navigating the industry and more.
Game Jams
Game Jams are now a permanent fixture in our calendar, happening twice a year involving SAE students and peers from many other colleges around the world.
In 2025, SAE is proud to have a number of sponsors involved, including Leartes Studios, Stigma Studios, Synty Studios, Tidal Flask Studios, IK Multimedia, Krotos and Steinberg.
The companies will provide everything from asset packs and discount codes to prizes and professional industry personnel input to enhance the student experience across these events.
Vochlea
Vochlea has provided SAE tutors with access to their software to show students how they can create music with their voice. Their flagship product, Dubler, translates the voice’s pitch into MIDI in real-time, meaning it can be used to control virtual instruments, drum racks, and effects.
Vochlea professionals will also visit SAE to host masterclasses and workshops as well as forming focus groups with students to explore and test products.
Austrian Audio
Austrian Audio has supplied equipment across all of our SAE campuses for students to use with their course work, lessons and assessments.
Engineered and manufactured in Austria, the OC818 is Austrian Audio’s premier, professional, large-diaphragm microphone and part of the music tech our students will be able to use to experience ultimate quality across their recordings.
Landr
Landr works in audio production and music mastering and has supplied all of SAE’s UK studios and production rooms with its new Mastering Plugin Pro.
The new partnership will enhance creative workflows for students, allowing them to quickly master full tracks, audio clips, gaming scores, movie soundtracks and more.
Acustica Audio
Acustica Audio is a company specialising in the development of advanced audio plugins. The partnership will see Acustica Audio’s plug-ins available across all of SAE’s UK campuses, meaning students will be able to use this technology during their classes as well as access them in studios and production rooms.
Acustica Audio’s recording mixing and mastering software aim to capture the magic of analog hardware and gear and include The Thing, Ash and Lace.
IK Multimedia
This partnership will see IK Multimedia’s Total Studio Max software suite installed in production rooms and studios across all of SAE’s UK campuses.
Students will be able to utilise this technology as part of their classes while working on studio projects too.
The software offers users an array of presets and sounds covering every element of the sound creation process, from composing to tracking to mixing to mastering.
Dynaudio
SAE Leamington Spa is delighted to be partnering with Dynaudio and IK Multimedia to enhance its audio production studio setup.
The team of audio experts at Dynaudio has recently been involved with equipping the new Atmos surround sound studio in SAE Leamington Spa’s studios including top quality monitoring.
The installed system gives an incredible user experience when studios are used to create soundtracks for movies, audio content and music for games.
Soundsnap
The new relationship with Soundsnap will ensure students can access a huge array of sounds, loops and stock music used by leading brands and studios.
Through the partnership, students will have full library subscriptions to film and games students across the campuses. Their goal is to bring the professional world into the educational world so that when students complete their courses, they are equipped with the tools to immediately take on the industry.
